Floor Clock/Curio Key

I talked with Rachel & she had me order the wrong key for my clock. I paid for it. Talked to her again & she was to send me paperwork to return the key & get my money back-which she NEVER did. Talked to a different kind lady & she sent me the CORRECT key & it works fine!!
