The mechanism may be the correct one but your staff told me that I could replace it myself. They directed me to YouTube videos on the Howard Miller’s site on how to install it. The problem is the video starts with unscrewing a screw that holds them in hands and secondhand in our hands onto the clock. I don’t have a screw. Mine appears to be a press on and there’s no instructions for how to remove the press on. I don’t wanna pull on it and ruin the clock.
