Good for blue light but not for both near and far
There is such a small viewing area for distance that I can’t use them as bifocals in my classroom I need to read and look up at my students and while driving I can’t read directions and drive, they are only good for browsing internet when I’m not moving around.

These have instantly improved my ability to function on sunny winter days when the sun is low in the sky. I used to have to wear my sunglasses inside and these are so much better, and I don’t have to swap them out for regular glasses when I enter a darker room. The fit and quality are perfect.
