They work quite well upon first opening the box, the case itself is kinda difficult to open which is good for people who drop their earbud case often so the earbuds wont scatter when the case hits the floor

Could use better base, along with having some features in the app, like being able to customize what each button does, along with a way to skip songs without having to go into your device.

Excellent sound quality and the longest-lasting battery life of any set I've owned thus far. I like the latching case because I drop mine all the time and now they don't come flying out of the case every time that happens. My one big complaint and the thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the fact that they don't always like to auto-connect to my phone when I take them out of the case. I sometimes have to put them in and take them out two or three times to get them to do so. Not the end of the world but a mild inconvenience. Otherwise a great purchase and definitely worth the price. Formerly owned a set of Skullcandy RAILs and will probably purchase from Skullcandy again when these finally wear out.
