Warranty Review - so impressed!

I have purchased 2 HoseLink HoseReels (2024 and the other in 2025) because after a year of having 1, I knew I wanted a 2nd one for the other side of my house. One piece of the sprayer started leaking, and after a few attempts of trying to fix it myself I reached out to HoseLink for a possible warranty replacement. Within hours they responded and said they would send me the replacement part, and I received it a few days later. It was the easiest process, the best communication, and reminds me that there are some good companies out there to work with! Thank you HoseLink!

Improved design

The new design of the flow control is a great upgrade and seems solid. Great customer service also in getting me a replacement of our old one that failed.
