Very Impressed
I have been normally drinking the Trash Cat Italian Roast as I like really strong coffee. I decided to give the French Roast a try......WOW!! Now I'm torn between the two. It's not as strong as the Italian Roast but the flavor is outstanding and it makes great Espresso. I buy the whole bean and grind it to my liking. I guess I'll have to just buy both from now on!!!

Best French Roast I’ve Had
2 tenured baristas live here. And both agree that Trash Cat’s French Roast is the best currently available. 12/10 will continue to purchase regularly.
