Description
I miss spring! This is the Caribbean sky, ocean and clouds all in one!! A light aqua blue tinted base with a purply pink/golden green shimmer and assorted aquamarine hex glitters. Named by Mary Sandberg.

This is a lovely topper (I havent used it yet on its own). It looks great over many base colors.

I wasnt expecting to love this so much. Its glorious. Super easy application, hex particles space evenly without fuss and it layers so nicely. Love this - like cotton candy for nails, but make it shimmer! Everything was packaged with care and handwritten notes. This is the first of many orders, thanks Carrie!
