Great product, terrible shipping

We have bought from Muji online before and the problems with shipping persist. We got our products but three were damaged. They would have arrived fine if only they had been packed correctly. Now that the California stores are closed, we only have a shipping option, but with continued experiences of terrible shipping, we will have to give up on our muji products.
