Although I ordered my jump rope according to my height, I felt it was too short. I contacted customer support for an exchange for a longer rope, but instead of having to go through the hassle of returning and exchanging, I was sent an adjustable rope to fit to my preferred length. My rope is now the perfect length and I had an amazing experience. Thank you!
