Excellent service

The service was excellent. You can't tell that the pocket has been repaired, and the rewax attention to detail was superb. The let down was the Royal Mail parcel return, with the package being left on the front doorstep, without them ringing the doorbell or knocking. I was at home, so they can't claim that they did.

Outstanding Work

This was my second job completed by Oily Jack and I am so impressed. I had a Barbour Classic Beaufort that needed a repair to the pocket and was in desperate need of a re-wax as it hadn't been done in years, got in touch with the guys at Oily Jack and they ran me the whole process from pickup to payment, right back to my jacket being returned to me. The jacket itself looks brand new, completely gob smacked at how good it looks, it's completely revived it! The repair on the hand warmer pocket has been done so perfectly too, you can barely even see it. I really would recommend Oily Jack to anyone who has a wax jacket in a need of some TLC, they do a fantastic job every time.
