New floor tool

It is great, just like the previous one, but so hard to remove the old tool, even my muscle bound son couldn't budge it. Luckily Google advised me to use hot water which fortunately enabled me to remove the old tool.

Staying with genuine parts is a no-brainer

After 10 years of faultless service, it was inevitable that something was going to wear out on our Henry. We changed over the floor tool and immediately noticed the difference; carpet sat up again (and I am sure more grit was sucked up too) and the tile floors were spotless. Ordering was very easy and the staff very helpful. Like I said, a no-brainer.
