Great product!

I’ve been using this for approx 4 months. I did switch to a different brand when it was time for a refil, but quickly switched back as the other brand was not as effective.

I have used this off and on. I am not sure of its affects, but I like taking it just in case.

I couldn't say if it helped me or not; I took it for a month and didn't see a change. I probably need to take it for at least three months. I didn't have any digestive issues, so I will try taking it again; only then will I be able to say if it worked for me. Thank you 😊
