Berberine
I couldn't say if it helped me or not; I took it for a month and didn't see a change. I probably need to take it for at least three months. I didn't have any digestive issues, so I will try taking it again; only then will I be able to say if it worked for me. Thank you 😊

Best
This truly is the best berberine for me. I have tried at least 3 other brands with little results.
It seems to take a few days but then I’m not hungry. Just back on it after the other brands. Hoping for good results.

Best berberine around
I have seen a lot of benefit with my energy and hunger levels throughout the day. Also I have had no side effects which is great!
