The mat performs exactly as I'd hoped. Enough loft to not notice a difference in the natural position of your knees versus your ankles and feet. The material is bomber, but beautiful. Love it.

So large and plush! Great!

Much larger than I expected. It was a gift and I believe the person needed it to be smaller for space. I didn't realize the size. However, even though it was larger than I expected, I'm sure extended kneeling prayer with this will add so much comfort and longevity to the entire set.

All Day Sitting

This mat with the meditation bench it’s an amazing set. Sitting for my 20 min meditation has become more enjoyable than it had been. Highly recommend despite the price, Walden offers high quality products.
