First the website says 8 to 14 day turn around which should mean ordering proofing and delivery but it doesn't. Took a month to get ours. We were under the impression that the sticker logo would be inside the acrylic but it's not, it's just stuck to the outside and we had to peel off a brown piece of sticky paper from the opposite side.
