Buying process was wonderful- customer service was proactive and prompt in all communications. The chair itself is also amazing.

This is my second of the varier chairs. One in my home office, one in my work office. I had a sacral fracture last year and this has helped me work through that injury. I love this chair.

Great chair, very comfortable, I really like it. However, assembling it was very challenging and took a lot of time. You'll need at least 2 people to attach the seat (someone has to sit on top of it while you are tightening the screws, because you need to apply a very significant pressure for the screws to reach the holes in the seat. And it wasn't easy to figure that out).
