Failed additional order

In addition to my quarterly Country Mile order I tried to add a box of yellow balls. It appeared to accept the order but the yellow balls were not included in the final price. I cancelled and repeated the attempt to add the yellow balls twice more, unsuccessfully. I sent a note telling what happened and asked for the yellow balls to be added to the order but when the reply came the order had gone out. (Any sign of the green balls returning?)
