Sustained Energy
Very different from a normal "pre workout" you get a much longer sustained energy boost from this. Think of it like a "slow drip" but the mental focus is there. Flavors are polarizing. Blackberry is on point but the lemon&pear is a chug it as fast as possible. I'd give it a 4.5 because of that.

Great pre workout stimulus
I start every morning with this pre workout beverage. It has just enough caffeine to get the wheels turning and motivate early morning yoga and outdoor running workouts all winter winter long. Blackberry peach is a great flavor, not to sweet, a little tart, just as I like it.
