A really excellent rack, and even more excellent customer service. I had an unusual pick up date/time/location request, and they accommodated me so easily and kindly, and even called to confirm details. Really appreciate the above and beyond service. The rack is also great- sturdy, intuitive to use, quite durable after a few months of very heavy use.

Stable and well made. Can’t wait to use it this Spring.
