This rating is more about the customer service I received from USA Palm. This order ended up lost in transit. I contacted customer service and they immediately looked into it. I dealt with Brenda and she could not have been better. We gave it a couple more days to see if it was found. Having not gotten any information Brenda sent me a new one. I know I will love it, but this great rating has to do with the people at USA Palm.

Great as always. Looks great and is so comfortable and soft. Love that it has pockets too. Another wonderful purchase .

The fabric, colors, and quality are excellent. The fit is somewhat larger than expected. I ordered XXL like I would for major brands, but it feels XXXL. I'm keeping it for sure, but it is a little big.
