Helped my knees

Knees were aching and sore after training for marathon, especially after runs over 8 miles. Wearing this has helped the aches go away after a day or two (especially when used after icing)

sizes inacurate

I can not recommed this. Based on the size chart I initially ordered a large which was way too big. Reordered a medium, but I was very disappointed in the lack of real compression. I am training with a knee injury and the sleeve isn't helping at all. I am considering trying again with a small. It is certainly well made in terms of material and may be worth trying out. Just didn't work for me.
