Tried to return this
I have other Torrain products that I love, and I appreciate the use of recycled materials. However, the design in this wallet is not great because the card slots are too deep and it is hard to get cards out. I want to return it, and the instructions are to get a return authorization. I tried emailing, and using the chat function to get the authorization but haven’t received it after nearly a week. Customer service could be improved. That I love
