Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Throughout this entire process, I was given multiple contradictory explanations. First, I was told the package was lost. Then I was told a replacement had been shipped. Later, they claimed it had only just been handed over to the carrier. Now they’re saying the previous shipment couldn’t be delivered and they’re arranging another one. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in this company. Instead of taking responsibility and issuing a refund, they keep making excuses and asking for more patience. Customer service has been extremely disappointing, communication has been inconsistent, and the delivery process has been a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. There are plenty of other brands that actually deliver what they promise. I will never purchase from Whisply again.

Order incomplete (no ring). Glasses came worn (fracture on r. Hand). No response from customer service.
