Sirloin Tip Risotto

Will be ordering this dish again.

This one meal is outstanding. It’s as if I went and had it at the swanky Italian Steakhouse. Enjoyed with a bottle of Brunello that had aging in the cellar, OUTSTANDING!

Love the steak but I’m celiac so I wash off the gravy as it may have wheat which is poison to me. This time the rice pilaf was good. The last time it was awful, I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. That was the first time I hated a rice pilaf.
