Fantastic service… but…

Product was great and install went well by myself, instructions and videos available really helped with how the Quickhang worked. Marisol Velez was my service person, she was excellent, even during her time off arranged for someone else to help me…I was a pest at time with all my questions, but Marisol was so over the top helpful… the whole project is complete!! My only hiccup was that I was short on a beam, only needed 2 feet, in order to get that I would have to purchase an additional Quickhang Kit!!! I think that is a poor solution for only needing 16” beam material!! If I could suggest you take a page out of IKEA’s solution, they offer parts or pieces for all their products rather than having to buy an entire piece to get a small part of the entire product!! Since I still had leftover cross pieces I cut and adapted it with epoxy, drill holes and add sheet metal screws to secure it… it would have been very expensive, wasteful and a pain to buy a whole new kit for a 16” piece of beam!! Other than that it’s done, I’m sure this is a company policy on parts and no reflection on Marisol’s help, Thank you, Greg Fee
