I purchased a ready to wear gown in small. The dress fit perfectly in the store but when it arrived to my home it fit like the medium had. When I talked with customer services they proceeded to tell me it was because I gained weight that the dress was fitting lose? Not to mention my apt to time of the dress arriving was 2 weeks, no way my measurement changed. The dress they sent me was not true to size. Goes without saying I’m dealing with the situation myself and having it altered in town. They were not helpful and very dismissive of the issue that is now going to cost hundreds on top of already being a $3800 gown. I would say overall the customer service experience alone makes me recommend not purchasing from them. On top of this my local seamstress says the gown was put together with poor quality, I don’t sew so I don’t know the specifics but she has been doing this sort of thing for many years and I trust her opinion. Sad to say it’s now hating my dress.
