Excellent book! As I delve a little deeper into the subject, James' book was truly helpful. Detailed, but written for easy understanding, I really liked the fact that the book lends itself to an outline that can be followed like a procedure. Great addition to the library!

Great info for new and experienced flippers!

I'm enjoying the book and learning more details of what I need to be cautious of and put into place as I move forward with another flip/buy & hold.

Excellent framework for flippers

I thought i didn't need a book like this as I was already flipping properties when I bought it but every page was filled with so much information I did not know. Learned a ton and have stickies everywhere. It will be a great reference for me. I just bought a copy as a gift for another flipper friend.
