My son has this light bulb in his lamp, which he loves it! Has helped him with sleeping well, which in return has helped his health a lot over the last 2 months. His eyes aren't burning at night from this light bulb. Highly recommend this light bulb to anyone looking for practical ways to improve their sleep and health.
