Monolithic at the pedals - solid w lovely suspension

Gen 2 (after150 miles) is proving to be a refined upgrade of my Gen 1 (~4600 miles). Super solid at the pedals, the bottom bracket area is unyeilding; it doesn't deflect or flex across the frame or through the pivots. The entire frame from headtube to bb shell to rear drop outs feels like a unified structure. Super smooth supension that is supportive and supple! Gen 2 pedals great, absolutely awesome in powering through the pedals to hold and build momentum on rough surfaces. Really nice level of control through the range of travel; it is comfortable and absorptive, yet fast and great handling. A soft rocket! My Gen 2 is built with parts from my old Gen 1, including a 2022 Fox 34 SC 120mm travel. This fork is a bit overmatched by the frame. 120 mm is long enough, but 130 would be better. The fork chassis is stiff enough, but a stiffer trail oriented fork would be a better overall match, feeling more in balance with the sollid and smooth frame. I am a semi-fast "medium guy on a Medium frame" XC & marathon rider with podiums in older age groups.... this is a fast race bike for those who use a sort of momentum-surfing style for speed (lacking raw smashing power). A versatile go fast, go far, go nearly anywhere and arrive in the lead kind of XC/trail MTB. Excellent!

Quiver of one

Two rides in, and I can confirm that this bike is a ripper. it's a riot on the descents. It's a bigger bike than I am used to riding cross country, but climbing traction and agility is excellent. If I could have only one bike, this would be it.

Ryve is Super

The SPOT 115 is a great bike. Love my new purchase. Has the classic planted solid feel of a SPOT bike without the weight of traditional larger travel. Quick nimble and a very solid ride.
