Customer service is great! Very accommodating. Not my first purchase. We had issues with my second order but they were helpful and quickly resolved the problem.

BUYER BEWARE I was sooo excited to get these shoes for my dog, but they have my money and I don’t have any shoes. I ordered these on July 16th. According to the website shipping was 3-5 business days. And they charge for shipping. They didn’t process my order till the 29th. Now, it’s Aug 9th and I still don’t have the shoes. On top of that, customer service hasn’t done anything to help and in fact has stopped answering my emails. My dog’s shoes have been sitting at a partner warehouse since Aug 1st according to tracking. They used a 3rd party to ship instead of just using USPS, so the shoes have been sitting in a warehouse for over a week waiting to be picked up by USPS. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Shoes look great on my puppy I get so many compliments on them. I live somewhere where it gets very hot in the summer so having these make walking anytime a breeze.
