Impression Kit

Need printer

You need a printer to print the return pre-paid label. Since I don’t have a printer this was an issue for me. I did appreciate that the kit was pretty simple to complete. The only issue I had was whether I was suppose to mail it back in the plastic impression piece or to remove it and send. It seemed soft so thought it might get destroyed in the mailing process. I just sent the impressions so I’m not sure on the rest. Would be nice if I had received this review stuff after completing my first order.

Needs better instructions

The impression kit is impressive until you actually use it. It’s very easy to bite through the soft putty which renders the impression unusable. I needed to order a second kit that took weeks to get here, and endless communications with customer service to fulfill it. If better instructions were provided with guidance about how to make a good first impression without biting through, that would be great.

Cheeky soft top dental guard

Guard arrived as promised and works nicely. Much sleeker than the make at home guards. Very similar to the expensive night guards that your dentist tries to sell you on. Getting accurate impressions is absolutely essential for your guard to fit properly. So read the enclosed instructions when you receive your dental impression kit.
