Feeling good

I am a vegetarian in my early sixties. After listening to all the experts, I decided to start taking creatine. I have been taking it for three weeks. I take it in the morning and while I am yet to find significant benefits, one thing I can confirm is that my muscles don't seem so sore, and the joints are not complaining as much. The product itself is a very fine powder and tasteless. You can mix it in water or coffee or smoothie.
