The colour wasn't quite what I expected (toffee), darn computer settings, but overall I'm very impressed and get so many compliments with about my bag. Love the size, I can get a comfortable amount of things in my bag (like kids wallets as well as mine) with room to spare. This is my second purchase from velvet heartbeat.

I got a queen bag in espresso and oh my god it's the bag I've been looking for! A beautiful vintage touch to it with the two tone at the bending of the fabric and a simple style that goes with anything. Cute spikey studs and good sturdy zip too. Hardware colour isn't bright gold, it's very fitting with the vintage look with a slight brass tone. I had a minor issue with the bag (no one would notice but me!) And it was rectified within 2 days with Suzie sending me a courier slip to return it so she could fix it. Brilliant customer service! It's my second VH bag and I'll only shop here for bags now. Love love love it!
