Square griddle
I was surprised by the "heft" of this pan. I read somewhere that this is an heirloom-quality alternative to the lower cost pans on the market, and I can see why they say that. Time will tell for certain, but I believe with care we'll get several years out of our new griddle.

AMAZING
I have never cooked on such an amazing pan in my life. Cooked evenly and super easy to clean. Wanted to try one first before ordering a set and I will most certainly be ordering a set! A tad heavy but AMAZING quality so it’s worth it.
