Better than expected

I’ve only used this pan a couple of times for French toast, but both times my French toast turned out perfect. The pan cooked the toast evenly and golden brown. Then I put the remaining mixture and fried that up. To my surprise, it was fantastic. To top it all off, clean up was a breeze. I’m so happy with this pan, I cannot wait to get the entire set.

I was surprised by the "heft" of this pan. I read somewhere that this is an heirloom-quality alternative to the lower cost pans on the market, and I can see why they say that. Time will tell for certain, but I believe with care we'll get several years out of our new griddle.

New to Caraway but no doubt a lifetime customer

My wife and I have now purchased several products, from cookie sheets, frying pans, square griddle, and small and large pots. We love them all.
