Organic Bread Flour

I’ve always used all purpose flour in the past of various organic brands and I found that I got the best results from your bread flour. It is perfect.

Fresh and pure. So happy with this flour. I’m new to sourdough break baking so some loaves turn out better than others but they all taste great! And I’m happy to be feeding my family wholesome bread made with Fresh Acres flour.

I love the idea that near Toronto some talented farmers are growing organic wheat and grinding super tasty bread flour! I use this flour every couple days to make a delicious loaf and the cost is a fraction of what I might pay at the bakery.
