Because of the lifelong large, larger, and largest breasts, my shoulders have dips that the skinnier straps dig into. I love the Defy Classic as it doesn't do that. However, the Beyond band is adjustable for a smaller ribcage size, and the Defy stretches out too much on the band. They are both size 3x. The 3x Beyond is perfect in holding the girls, but I like a wide strap, as on the Defy classic.
