Dead Smelly Snails

I just received my order and am really disappointed. I paid for a heat pack. Whoever packed my order put the snails in the world’s tiniest paper towel in an extremely small plastic bag. Then they took the tiny little bag and wrapped it in my receipt and another paper and stuck them in a foil bag. Then they put the Java I ordered wrapped in paper with the heat pack outside the foil bag. So basically, they crushed my snails all together and put them into what would turn into an ice pack. Out of what looks like maybe fifteen snails, two appear to still be alive. The bag smells like pure death. Also, the listing says you will receive a mix of bladder, pond, mini rams and rams. All I got was a bag of mostly dead bladder snails. Gross. Attaching a picture of the 10+ snails wrapped all squished together. The spoon is for reference so you can see how small the packaging was. Zero stars.
