Replacement part

I somehow lost the adjustments handle on my Bata2 pitching machine. I called customer service and they immediately located the part and shipped it out that day. I got it a few days later and it worked like a charm. I hope I don’t need any more replacement parts anytime soon, but I am confident if I did that they’d be in stock. Great company to work with.
