Tortillas

I love these tortillas. Excellent flavor and the perfect size for a wrap. They freeze well so I keep one pack available to use without worrying about the remaining ones going bad. They are so satisfying that I sometimes eat one as a snack!

Great for a last minute meal

I use the tortillas for my homemade Cajun chicken salad wrap, but they are also great for a quick pizza. I layer two with some mozzarella in between. A little sauce, cheese, and whatever meats and veggies I have leftover. 8 minutes in the toaster oven and I'm good to go.

For a person who can honestly say that a homemade tortilla, and I live in an area where you can find them on every street corner, OK that’s hyperbolic, but still, you know what I mean, is my favorite food in the entire world these do not fail to satisfy the need for me to have tortillas. They are of course, are not exactly like a typical tortilla, but they really give me the crispy bite in the quesadillas that I make. Another home run as far as I’m concerned by Hero.
