Cinnamon Crunch

Wow...

I love the oatmeal creme sandwiches; they're great. These crispy cookies, however, are, bar none, the worst cookies I have ever eaten in my entire life. Granted, I could only take a couple bites of one cookie before I put them away. All I could taste was burnt flax, along with a sickening greasy texture that accompanied it. I have to question the taste buds of any person who thinks these are of an acceptable quality. The flavor and texture are both repulsive. I can't believe these were made by the same bakery that makes such delicious oatmeal creme sandwiches. I'm flabbergasted.

I have been looking for a cookie like this for a while. I have decided to reduce my chocolate intake, which I love. This cookie is the perfect replacement. It checks off everything: it's vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, cane sugar-free, and above all, tastes so good.
