Very very shear and it arrived so emollient I couldn't do anything with it.
I pressed a napkin into the pan and now I can use it but my goodness do you have build it up to get anything.
It's gorgeous once you do. It has a red base with navy, purple, and red shimmer.

Beautifully pigmented eyeshadow
Very happy with my colourpop shadow. It’s a black, very smooth and pigmented eyeshadow with a blue green colour shift, a dual chrome shift. Goes on smoothly and lasts for ages. I use both my finger and a brush to apply it.

My FAVORITE eyeshadow ever.
Between the consistency of these shadows and this color being the most magical bruise purple with blue shimmer, it's my staple go to and I'm so happy to see it was back in stock for me to grab up a few!
