Very very shear and it arrived so emollient I couldn't do anything with it. I pressed a napkin into the pan and now I can use it but my goodness do you have build it up to get anything. It's gorgeous once you do. It has a red base with navy, purple, and red shimmer.

Beautifully pigmented eyeshadow

Very happy with my colourpop shadow. It’s a black, very smooth and pigmented eyeshadow with a blue green colour shift, a dual chrome shift. Goes on smoothly and lasts for ages. I use both my finger and a brush to apply it.
