Wrong cable
On arrival of the part for my Sea Doo trailer, I immediately realized that I had ordered the wrong part. I followed the instructions on returns and refunds. They provided the shipping label by email. The process was smooth and prompt. I received my refund about 1 week later. I will be more likely to order from them in the future because they make good on returns (although I need to be careful to order the correct part).
