Soreness after workout
I first heard about BCAA from Dan Staton on an Elkshape podcast. At 68 I was interested in any help with building and retaining muscle but an added pleasant surprise was the quicker recovery after a workout. Thank you’s go out to both Dan and WA. This is a big help.

BCAA’s
Definitely helpful. I started adding the BCAA’s to my pre workout and I’m actually seeing a little help during my workout! I also like the taste by itself.

Blood Orange
I found that I did not really care for the Blood Orange flavor by itself, but it seems to pair well with the prickly pear orange hydrate and recover. I have now taken to using this as part of my regular workout routine, and have seen a difference right from the start!
