I have been healing my gut after a rough couple of years that destroyed my microbiome, and the l-glutamine, probiotics, and prebiotics from IF have been essentials to rebuilding a new and ideally functional internal me. I hold my body to high athletic stadards, and this helped get me back on track.

This product I use daily for my digestive system support and health. I find these more helpful than medicine I’ve been on for years. Have seen better results and felt better than before. So much so me and my husband both take this together. I’ve told my family about it and definitely recommend this for everyone who suffer with IBS or IBD.

Prebiotics Gold

I participated in Livaux scientific trial, the main ingredient of gold prebiotics, couple years ago and couldn’t find a good product containing it anywhere. During the trial, I noticed immediately how good it works and improves my digestion and daily routine . I’m glad I found this product and give it five stars, the only thing is that I need much bigger dosage like 3-4 pills a day to see improvement . I just made a second order and will be trying some other products of Intestinal Fortitude!
