Great product but needs to be made bigger

The product is brilliant for me but unfortunately I purchased it for my disabled wife who is overweight due to a genetic and disabling lumber deterioration in her back. It is a shame that this product is not made larger or you have an option to purchase expander belts. XXL does not meet the needs of obese or larger people.
