Chilipad Cube

I love the product, but unfortunately, I only received one power cord with the cube cord device. I have reached out to the company and no one has contacted me back nor have I got the second cord. So because of that, it’s at three star.

Broken after a few months don’t buy

SleepMe has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered the cube sleep system to prepare for warm summer nights. I’m a hot sleeper so this seemed perfect to cool my bed down. After about 2 weeks of trials, I found that the cube output too much heat while cooling the water that went through the pad, making my room much warmer and defeating the purpose of me buying the system. No problem, as SleepMe claims to have a 30-day money back guarantee. I didn’t have any issues initiating the return with customer service and sending my unit back. However, once it was confirmed delivered back to SleepMe through FedEx, I didn’t get my money back. After 2 months (yes, 2 MONTHS) of trying to get into contact with SleepMe customer service and being completely ghosted (endless calls that went straight to voicemail, endless emails with no response) I had to file a charge-back dispute through my credit card to get my money back. Do not buy from this company if you think you may want to return/exchange items.
