Two glasses were broken. I tried reaching out, but I was told to go through Amazon. I purchased through SHOP. I have since been contacted by KSESTOR, and they are sending me a new set! It is so cute, and I'm excited to use it for Philly dinner en blanc on August 20th. Thank you for taking the time to correct this minor problem.
