Amazing place! I got my Oris watch today from this location, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Rob was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about watches. We ended up having a great conversation about timepieces and emeralds, which made the visit feel much more personal instead of just another purchase. He took the time to answer questions, showed real enthusiasm for the hobby, and never made the experience feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he truly cares about customer service and building relationships with clients. He made me feel completely at home and comfortable with my purchase.
