HRV Wired Timer

My HRV wired timer quit working. The company that installed the system wanted to do a service call, order the part and then another service call to install it. I tried the other timer in my house in that outlet and it worked so I contact BPH to see if I could order one from them. They were very prompt in replying to my email and I was able to order it and have it delivered in a week. I was able to sync it to my system and it worked perfectly. BPH saved me a lot of money and time!
