Inspire Ferla Cargo Bike

We are very excited for our daughter to have a way to transport her four children to appointments and shopping. She has infrequent seizures that prevent her from driving, but this is a way for her to be able to function as a busy mom. Our bike did have a malfunctioning display that would only work on occasion, but we were able to get a new display installed and it works great. David in sales has been very helpful and generous with his time. Just a suggestion to Ferla Bikes would be to use a securable plug-in display, instead of having to fish wires through the frame--a tricky repair; or otherwise having to return the misfunctioning bike. Other than that we have been very happy for the ride.

Need some help

I need to get some help with the replacement of the inner tube on the rear wheel of my Royce Mid-Drive trike. It does not appear to have the usual derailleur set-up that I am accustomed to. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

We went around and around on the cargo bike purchase and our sales rep stuck with us! He patiently and thoroughly answered every question and concern we had! The customer service was incredible throughout! When we got the bike, it was all put together and ready to go - so cool!! I know there are reviews about no instructions, and I gave the same feedback, but just contact them if you don’t get any as they have a manual that helps a ton!! It looks great and has been so much fun for our family! We take our son to daycare in it and he absolutely loves it! It rides easy and the power assist makes a huge difference in making me feel safe on the road. I am so excited to take this to the beach in the summer and use this even more. I would not hesitate to buy this bike - highly recommend it!
