Perfect for easing back into fitness, seems a little too easy. However, I have noticed results. The scales are only showing 2 kgs lost and I am on the last week but my measurements and overall image have improved which I am happy with. Will be doing Transform 1 next

I absolutely loved transform post-partum, it was the best way to get back into moving my body after the birth of my little precious baby. Workouts are super easy and convenient and the food is delightful. 100% recommend to any mummas of any fitness level to do post bubs

Excellent!
I loved Transform Postpartum. I didn’t set out to “lose weight” as such, however I wanted to tone up. I wanted to be accountable for what I was eating, make some slight changes so I was fueling my body with good food and start moving again. The 30mins of exercise a day got me into a great routine and I loved all the recipes, giving me something to focus on other than babies!
Highly recommend. I saw great results!
